Default Outlook Contact modify

MSOffice 2003. Outlook
I open Contacts folder and wanted to update a telephone number.
Immidiately this Location Information dialog opens up asking for dialing
details. I am just not able to come out of the dialog even though I am giving
a cancel.

This is rather frustrating. Got to be fixed on priority as this is a
day-to-day used functionality.

Don't cancel. Enter the dialing information and you won't see the dialog again.

But the point is there should be an exit path. It asks for the same and asks
if I am sure I want to cancel. But when I say yes still doesn't cancel.

My point is when I say I am sure I want to cancel, I expect the tool to just
restore previous value and come out.
