Default Custom forms lost when using FIND

I have created a Custom form for our Contacts folder on our exchange
server. When most people click on it they can see the form, however one
person is having trouble viewing the form when we do a FIND. She still
sees the old one. But when she's looking at the contact on the full
list she can see the form. She's using Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2.
Anyone know of a solution or reason for this?

Are you sure you have SP2 installed? That issue was fixed in Service Pack 1. YOu might wnat to do a Detect and Repair on that machine.
