Meeting Invitation Starting Times Incorrectly Saved
Any meeting invitation I receive saves incorrectly to my calendar (1 hour
earlier than the time set by the meeting organizer) when I accept it. Regional and time and date settings have been reset repeatedly, to no avail. Microsoft Office (2007) diagnostics finds no problem with the installation. Could anyone advise please? philip |

Meeting Invitation Starting Times Incorrectly Saved
Timezone = GMT +2 (Pretoria,Harare)
Daylight Saving is not applicable The meeting is saved with a starting time 1hr earlier than that specified by the meeting organizer (confirmed by checking with organizer) My acceptance responding mail (auto) then also specifies an incorrect time (1hr earlier) As previously indicated multiple resets of the timezone & time on my pc (XP SP3) has had no effect. Meeting Invitation Starting Times Incorrectly Saved
That zone does not have DST at all, correct? So there would be no reason to
update the time zone definitions. Are the others all using this timezone? Are all appointments affected or just those within a special time period? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
