Default Proclamations

I want to make a presentation to someone at a special event. I would like to
make a proclamation that celebrates the recipient, that is, "we hereby
present Joe Smith with this proclamation in recognition of etc and so on." Is
there a template for that, and if so is it under Word or where? Thanks.

I doubt it; the templates for Office aren't really great as language
templates. I'd try an internet search for "proclamation" or "certitificate".

Hey Susie,

On Internet you only get proclamation of Independence not Proclamation of
how wonderful that woman is in bed! I think the OP has to hire a speech
writer. Perhaps you would want to volunteer!
