Proclamations
I want to make a presentation to someone at a special event. I would like to
make a proclamation that celebrates the recipient, that is, "we hereby present Joe Smith with this proclamation in recognition of etc and so on." Is there a template for that, and if so is it under Word or where? Thanks.

I doubt it; the templates for Office aren't really great as language

Hey Susie, On Internet you only get proclamation of Independence not Proclamation of how wonderful that woman is in bed! I think the OP has to hire a speech writer. Perhaps you would want to volunteer! hth
