How do you execute a Macro on loading a worksheet (that is, without
having to click a button or cell)?

If you name the macro Auto_Open, it will execute when the
workbook is opened.

Worksheet or Workbook?

Sheet Module...

Private Sub Worksheet_Activate()
'your macro name or code
End Sub

ThisWorkbook Module....

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
'macro name or code
End Sub
