Default Hyperlink to Internet Explorer and NOT Netscape

When using Outlook Express (not through Internet Explorer, but directly from
program)
If an email message has a hyperlink in and I click on the link a new browser
window opens. It is Netscape. I would rather Internet explorer open
instead. How do I make this my default browser to open links in my mail
THANKS.

In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu Internet Options
Programs tab. Check the box in front of "Internet Explorer should
check to see whether it is the default browser".

HI,
I check to make sure the checkbox in Internet Options was checked and it
was. So this does not seem to be the problem. Any other thoughts?
Thanks
Mark
