Making the detail section of a report a set size (regardless of the Number of entries)
I wish to use an access report to print wedding invitations.
The problem lies in the fact that I have anywhere between two entries (Joe Bloggs & Guest) and approximately 5 entries (Fred Flintstone & Wife & Kid 1 & Kid 2 Etc). I want to set up an A4 page to print two Invites so I can Guilotine it in half and produce A5 invites, but I want to assign a set size to the complete detail section and not each entry in the detail section. If anybody has any Ideas I would be extremely Grateful. Thanks In Advance, John Ortt I have tried to represent what I want below: _________________ Invite 1 We want to Invite YOU & GUEST - Spare Name Slot - Spare Name Slot To our Wedding _________________ _________________ Invite 2 We want to Invite YOU & WIFE & DAUGHTER & SON To our Wedding _________________ |
