Default Consistent Printing in Word

We share Word documents between many users. We need each user to see the same
layout on their screen and also be able to print the exact same.

Can this be achieved?

Thank you for your assistance!

If all users have the same version of Word, the same OS, the same printer,
and the same printer drivers connecting those three elements, sure.

The users do not share the same printer and the same printer drivers. Can
this still be accomplished?
