Not an Outlook question, is it? I'm certain HP will be happy to provide the
information you seek.

HP cannot help. They referred me back to MS. If anyone else has an answer
please let me know.

Escalate with HP. Microsoft has no knowledge of how or whether third party
products integrate with Outlook. You've been given the runaround by HP.
What makes you think a printer should be integrating with Outlook in the
first place? What is it you are trying to do?

Are you using the HP Image Zone software on your PC or trying to send using
HP Instant Share from within the printer? In either case you will need to
set up an HP Passport account at the Instant Share web site and manually
maintain the address book provded by that web site . It has nothing to do
with Outlook at all. Read your User Guide. It's all in there.

I want to be able to send faxes from my All-in-One HP. When I used Outlook
2000 it automatically linked to my Outlook contact folders. Now, with 2003
it doesn't. I, too, think it's weird that HP can't answer the question.

If you're certain that the HP is capable of integrating with the Outlook
Address Book, have you made certain that Outlook is your default mail
program and that you have configured the Outlook Address Book correctly?

It should be in the Help within HP Director that came with your HP Image
Zone software.
