importing contact files from work to home
I get an error message [ the file F:\backup.pst is not compatible with this
version of the Personal Folders information service. contact your administrator. I am trying to move my contact information in Outlook from my computer at work to my home computer but get this error. Any suggestions? Barbara |

I would suggest posting some information. State what you are doing to get
this error message. Clearly you are doing something wrong. Do tell us what. Spare no details for we cannot read minds. Seems pretty clear to me you're using Outlook 2003 at work and Outlook 2002 or earlier at home and you have a Unicode PST, which Outlook 2003 can read but earlier Outlooks can't. YOu need to create a PST at work that is compatible with the Outlook version you use at home. -- Brian Tillman |
