Default Grouping data on a form

I’m trying to create a form that is grouped by individual names with the data
pertaining to that name listed below it. I know this can be done on a report
but, I just can figure out how to do this on a form.

Example;
Name 1
Med1 Generic1 Dose 1
Med2 Generic2 Dose 2

Name 2
Med 1 Generic1 Dose 1
Med 2 Generic2 Dose 2

Name 3
Med 1 Generic1 Dose 1
Med 2 Generic2 Dose 2

Perhaps you can create a subform with names, and a subsubform with
Meds. Both would be in datasheet view.

Thanks Tom,
I could make it work but, it is not really what im looking for. I will have
to play with it a little more but, I would like to do it as a continuous
form.

Sorry, continuous forms cannot have subforms. I am assuming someone

Yes one person could have anywhere from one to a hundred meds. I was hoping
to not have any sub forms and group by names on the form. In the same way
you can do grouping on a report.

As far as I know, you cannot. You *certainly* could not do so and have the
data updateable, except by drastic denormalization.
