Grouping data on a form
I’m trying to create a form that is grouped by individual names with the data
pertaining to that name listed below it. I know this can be done on a report but, I just can figure out how to do this on a form. Example; Name 1 Med1 Generic1 Dose 1 Med2 Generic2 Dose 2 Name 2 Med 1 Generic1 Dose 1 Med 2 Generic2 Dose 2 Name 3 Med 1 Generic1 Dose 1 Med 2 Generic2 Dose 2

I could make it work but, it is not really what im looking for. I will have to play with it a little more but, I would like to do it as a continuous form. Grouping data on a form
Yes one person could have anywhere from one to a hundred meds. I was hoping
to not have any sub forms and group by names on the form. In the same way you can do grouping on a report.
