Default Can't add many database records per form template

Is there a way to enter several records in one form
template to be added to an Excel database? I have several
employees that need to enter data into their own work
sheets. I would like to consolidate the data into an Excel
database. However, I don't want to have a separate
workbook for every database record. I would like one
workbook per employee that can handle input for several
database records that gets consolidated into an Excel
database. Is there a way to do this?
