Default How do I run multiple instances of Excel?

In Word, each file opens in a separate instance of Word,
with its own Taskbar entry, etc. But with Excel, if I
click on a second .XLS file, it opens in the same instance
of Excel. How do I get Excel to behave like Word?

Thanks!

Hi

Don't open the second workbook from excel instance you used to open the
first workbook. Instead start a new instance of excel (p.e. from
Start.Programs, or from desktop shortcut), and open the second workbook from
there.

In Excel 2000, and later versions, you can choose ToolsOptions, and on
the View tab, add a check mark to 'Windows in Taskbar'.
