Default How to make the reminder Box individual & large in office 2003?

In office to 2000 the dialog box for reminder was an individual one that
opened up to remind you. You could have numerous ones opened at the same
time. In Outlook 2003 they're all bunched up in one dialog box and you can
barely find them? Is there a way to changes this.
