Default No business fax contacts?

I have public map in outlook where i only put in fax contacts and no email
accounts.
Installed the microsoft fax client from sbs 2003 server. And with the fax
wizard i whant to send a fax. I see the public map in the address book, but
no fax contacts.

When i put a fake email adres i only get the email address but it fills in
the fax number?

Whats the problem?

Not sure this is a fax question. Explain more accurately how you installed
and configured Fax and Outlook so I can tell. Include versions.

SBS 2003 Premium
Exchange 2003 (included in SBS2003)
Microsoft fax (included in SBS2003)

Client:

Windows 2000
Outlook 2000
Microsoft Fax client installed

We made a public folder for contacts
Made a new contact
Filled it with only a name and fax number.

And the conact does not appear.
We see the public folder when i use the fax wizard and click adddress book.

When you open this Contact you created, is the fax number resolved? Are you
sure this folder is enabled as an email address book?
