Extracting Email Addresses
I have an Excel worksheet that has a column of email
addresses. I want to compose an email to all of the addresses. Outlook requires that email addresses be separated by commas. Is there an easy way to extract all of the email addresses from the worksheet and arrange into a format of , , , e.t.c. Thanks In Advance Scott |

It is not elegant but it should work. 1) Select the column of e-mail addresses and click Copy 2) Move to a blank worksheet on a new workbook 3)Use Edit|PasteSpecial, Transpose Now you ahve the addresses in a row 4)Use SaveAs and stipulate Comma Delimitied (CSV) 5) Open the CSV file in Notepad, use Copy and Paste to an email client program Bernard "Scott" wrote in message ...
