In out look today
go to Tools- go to address book-go to file or card below it-New contact
should be highlighted at this time click OK

Enter all information on left side
go to right side and click on e-mail
enter address
click on red X at top right
when screen come up click on save
go back to address book in outlook and the contact should be saved in list

No. You never use the address book interface for entering or editing Contact
Data. You use the Contacts Folder.
