Default Address Book

I forgot to export the address before formatting my hard drive.

I have a complete backup of the hard drive. is there a way to access the
address book from a file in the backup?

Default Address Book

There is no address book in Outlook.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
