Default how do I set a input mask for email addresses

I want to force users to input a work related email address not hotmail or
yahoo. How do I create a mask that inputs the provider address that I want?
i.e. all addresses will end with "

Don't use an input mask. Instead, set a validation rule on the field:

Like "

This will reject any address that doesn't end with @hope.com.

helped me to acheive exactly what I needed.
