Multiple folders in Outlook Adress Book
I'm using Microsoft Outlook and when I go to Tools then Address Book on the
right hand side there is a box that says Show Names From The: when I hit the drop down box there are 4 different boxes: Outlook Adress Book (empty), Collected Contacts, Contacts and Janie's Data Base. Is there a way to make these lists into just one list? -- Janie |

The address book view simply shows what you have told it to. If you only

Normally one would simply copy the Contacts from the extra folders into
their default folder, then delete the extra folders.
