Default when sedning email msg in pub - uses old email server won't send

Please help. We no longer have our old email account. When publisher is
directed to send publication as message it automatically pulls up our old
address and won't send the message through windows live mail. IT will send as
attachment but not as message. I just need to know hwo to direct publisher to
use my current email address as the sender. Publihser 2007
