Problems with changing default country

Hi, i was having the same problem, but i checked the 'Phone and Modem'
options in Control Panel and clicked 'Edit' on my location. Sure
enough, it was default to stupid US.
Even though i don't use a phone or modem from my computer, i changed it
and now whenever i create a new contact in Outlook the phone number is
not America!! Yay!!
