Default Photo's for each record

I keep a database of people and now would like to include a photo fopr each
that I can also print off with each employee record. Does anyone know how I
can do this? I have never had any success with images in Access - even when
inserting them into forms or reports they appear on the screen but not when
printed.

Anyone got any thoughts?

Maria,

Have you tried to print them from a report?

The often-quoted Northwind.mdb database covers this I
believe.

Yes I tried to put my company logo on to print off with each form. Looks
great on screen then never makes it to the printer....

Maria,

I don't think you can print completely from Forms. You should create a
report, then place a button on the form calling that report.
