Powerpoint printing error
What happens if you print just slide 10? Does it still give the error? If
so, then it may be that there is something on the tenth slide that the printer doesn't like. You might try re-building that slide. If the problem isn't slide specific, you may just not have enough memory in the printer to handle the presentation. Try printing the presentation in sections and see if that works. -- Kathryn Jacobs, Microsoft MVP PowerPoint and OneNote Get PowerPoint answers at http://www.powerpointanswers.com Cook anything outdoors with http://www.outdoorcook.com Get OneNote answers at http://www.onenoteanswers.com If this helped you, please take the time to rate the value of this post: http://rate.affero.net/jacobskl/ I believe life is meant to be lived. Move the slide from position 10 to, say 2 in the slide sorter and print again (print just slides 1 to 3 if you like trees g) Does the problem now happen on page 2? If so, it's something on the slide. The next trick is to look at what's ON the slide. Is there anything on it that's not on your other slides? -- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================ Featured Presenter, PowerPoint Live 2004 October 10-13, San Diego, CA www.PowerPointLive.com ================================================ |
