BTW, if your sole purpose in weaning is so they can use Outlook, AOL now supports IMAP - as long as they use Internet mail only mode (see help, about) they can use imap. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/services/online.htm#aol for information on configuring Outlook (or any IMAP program) to access AOL e-mail. You'll find the basic configuration information you need as well as a link to the AOL help files, should you need step-by-step information to configure any popular e-mail client to download AOL e-mail. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Author, Google and Other Search Engines (Visual QuickStart Guide) Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com OneNote Tips: "C.
