Default turn off auto fill button

Anyone know how to turn off the auto fill button that
appears and blocks part of the cell? I find plenty of
other enable/disable options in tools/edit although
nothing that seems to affect auto fill. Thanks.

Tools|options|Edit tab|uncheck Allow cell drag and drop.

But that stops lots of nice stuff--remember how to toggle it on/off to make
other stuff easier.
