Change the design layout for created contact folder lists
My company has switched to using Outlook Share O. We have taken all of our
contacts from another data base and have been imported to three newly created contact folders for our company. Conscious Leads, Conscious Customers, and Conscious Vendors. When clicking on a respective contact folder such as Conscious Customers, we have set our fields, and they do show up, however, I would like to change the design of User Fields 1-4 to reflect other verbage. How can I go in step by step and change the design of the folder so each of my contacts in the list and for every contact that I pull up will reflect the newly verbage that I need. For example. On my contact list it reflects User Field 1 with information in it. On one contact I changed the design of the form to relfect instead of User Field 1 it stays Approximate Sq Ft. But it only shows up on the 1 contact and only when I pull up the contact itself. How can I change these fields so that in my list of contacts these fields reflect the new verbage as well as when I pull up each contact. Thank you, Keri |
