Default Switch function in crosstab query.

I have created a switch function in a crosstab query to combine data into specific column headings. However, I need to have static column headings for the report that I will create from the query. So, if there is no data for that particular heading, I need to have it show a zero on the report. Currently, if there is no data for that column, when I run the report, I get an Jet error stating that it does not recognize " as a valid field name or expression.

Hi. I had the exact same problem very recently...if you

define your ColumnHeadings, it "forces" the crosstab to
display the fields regardless of whther or not there is
any data present. Hope that helps!
