Default copy my Outlook 2002 PAB to Excel or Word doc?

I would like to copy my Personal Address Book in Outlook 2002 to a separate
Excel or Word document (losing my computer). Can anyone help?

PAB's have not been used for years. You should have migrated to Contact
Folders long ago, from which you can easily export to any file format you
want.

Thanks for your response - my company is a bit outdated and I'm self-taught,
although willing to learn. I was keeping my own contacts in the PAB and the
company contacts in the Contacts folder. Can you help me migrate those
addresses to the contacts folder? Appreciate any help you can give!
