Default New pst file to Outlook 2000?

Hi guys. I have a problem I need help with. I have 4 computer, 3 of which have Office 2007 installed. The fourth (that I use in my garage) has Office 2000 because obvioulsly Office only allows you to install on 3 computers.

Having said that (and BTW all are running XP) I tried to copy my pst file from 2007 to the 2000 version (formatted as Corporate and Work Group). Everything works including accessing my contacts except...when I try to send a new email and click the "To" button to insert a contact address it says it can't find the contacts. Remember if I go into Contacts they show up, just not when I'm in an email message. Any suggestions?
