Default Excel Draw Borders

Excel for Mac X has a pencil function called "Draw Borders" for bordering
cells. Have Excel in Office 2000 on PC which does not seem to have this
function. Do any later versions of Excel for PC have it?

Doesn't seem to match description of pencil which would be graphphics, but
borders is Format, Cells, borders (tab)

Gary

Excel 2002 and 2003 have the "draw border" feature.

Can be found by clicking on the drop-down arrow on the Borders Tool Button.

Believe 2002 was first version to offer this.
