Default Excel functions

HELP: In Excel office application, using Windows 2000 OS -
- THE function values will not automatically populate in
the adjacent cells. I made sure all tool options are
checked to automatically calculate. Below is the IF
function I'm using:

=IF(C47-0.010417,"No","Yes")

Please help.

I missed something. if the formula bwlow is in cell d47,
then the results will be in cell d47, not e47....
