Default email accounts

I use my laptop at home and work. At home I use my personal email account and
it works fine.
At work I want to access emails from my personal account and also send
emails, however the network uses a different isp and I need to set the
outgoing server to that isp's mail server.
How do I set up email accounts to receive incoming mail from the same server
at both home and office but send emails using different servers for home and
work? I have tried setting up 2 accounts but it gives me 2 copies of each
incoming mail.
