Default Visio Viewer problem

I have experienced this sort of thing als with the Visio Viewer. It occurs
when the creator of the file zooms in to display only part of the drawing,
and then saves the file. The part they are viewing is the only part that will
print.

Have the creator of the file, or someone else with Visio, open the file and
set the View percentage to "Full Page" then save the drawing. You should then
be able to print the new version correctly.

I need to print a diagram in a file with extension .vsd. I can go to 'file'
& 'print' but I only get part of the image. For some reason, the image
starts at the center of the page and has nothing but white space before it.
Is it possible to take out that extra space and get a good print?
