Default how do I end a recurring meeting in Outlook?

I just ended a recurring meeting that I had had in my calendar for a year. I
did this by putting in an end date in the recurring window.

When I did so, it changed all the exceptions to my meeting time back to the
default meeting time, so I lost the history of my appointments. Does anyone
know how to end a recurring appoitnment without changing the history of the
appointments in your calendar?

thanks much

Not possible when using the Recurrence function in Outlook. Have a look at
WS:Repeat Appointment
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns...%20Appointment which allows you
to schedule multiple appointments and then maintain the historical details
when changing or ending the repeat group.

Michael
