How do I end recurring meeting without losing edits to past appts?
A user has a recurring meeting in which she makes notes per occurrence. She
now needs to end the recurrence but doesn't want to lose the edits made to all the past appointments. Is there a way to end the recurrence without losing the edits? |

I think if you edit the meeting, you can tell it to stop the recurrence on
that last occurrence. That way you don't delete the metting. Dave "rthomas600" wrote in message ... A user has a recurring meeting in which she makes notes per occurrence.
