I had an Outlook contact e-mailed to me from a co-worker and I would like to
save it in my contacts list. How do I do this?

What format is the contact in? Normally I'd double-click on the attachment
and use one of the options on the File menu. I can't remember the exact one
since I'm using OL2007 right now and all the menus are changed.

I'd drag the attachment from the message to the Contacts folder.
