Default Names don't drop in when I'm typing e-mail addresses

When I type in an e-mail address, normally the name drops in after I type the
first couple characters. It is not currently doing this, and I have to go to
the address book to drop it in. Is there a way to make sure it drops in?

No need to post more than once. There is a need to provide some actual
information when you post, however. Are we to assume that autocompletion is
no longer working for you? Have you read the many posts here that tell you
why that might occur? Do so, and post back with anything that is unclear to
you. Include such things as your Outlook version and the steps that produced
your problem.

Is it an address to which you've written before, or a new one? In the latter
case, what you describe is normal.
