Default import speaker notes from Word TO PowerPoint

Hi
I use a plain format of headings & points as a preacher – I preach using
many bible translations that I include in the slides
I prepare in word & export to PowerPoint – I don’t use images but I do
use backgrounds that enhance but not overwhelm the message – I use a note
book & a multimedia projector to display the presentation
I use the presenter view & use speaker notes

power point speaker notes imported from word

these should be able to be imported from a word file. Word files will
export heading & bullet points in the way you set up the headings - heading
1 slide header - heading 2 bullet points etc
it is inconsistent to let PowerPoint export slides AND speaker notes to
word WHEN word cannot export speaker notes to PowerPoint
I spend a lot of time on word to PowerPoint presentations - at present
I have to format my speaker notes as say heading 5 in word - then export
to PowerPoint - then go through every slide & cut paste all heading 5 bullets
into speaker notes
I use the presenter view to display my presentations on a second monitor
& I need speaker notes in the presenter view on my monitor
I can't find any vba routines or macros that will do this for me

please include this feature or tell me where I can find someone who has
a way of doing this
regards
Dan

Hi Dan,

You can tell PowerPoint to change anything level 5 or higher indent and move
it to the notes page instead of the slide. It requires using an add-in I
wrote (for another project) that is on it's way to the e-mail you have
listed.
