Same answer: File | New | Folder. Did you bother to try it?

She just told you how to do that. What part do you not understand? Your term
"contact list" has no meaning. Outlook uses Contact Folders.

Thanks,
I didn't think it would be that easy. I thought it was like the mail where
you made a new file. I tried the help and, of course, I didn't use the word
"folder" so I got nothing.

Thanks again, it was driving me crazy.

You do the same thing with mail. You don't create a new file. (Well, you
can, but it's not necessary.) Whatever gave you that idea?

I don't pay that much attention to Outlook and I should. Mostly I'm keeping
our internet servers and workstations running.

I noticed you can create a new file and sometimes that is the way we
transferred email, but folders are much easier. I have to be careful, my
employees might want to be more efficient.
