error
whenever i try to go to insert, picture, new photo album
and insert a picture and press create i get this error: Microsoft Powerpoint has encountered a problem and needs to close. Application Name : powerpnt.exe Exception information code: 0x00000a20 and then powerpoint closes and restarts I repaired and even reinstalled office too but same error. any help!

What version of PowerPoint are you using? Are you inserting a picture from
your hard drive, or from your scanner? Are you starting with a new blank presentation each time? i have office xp. yes i am inserting a picture from my
harddrive and starting a new blank presentation. But this process works fine on other computers. Only one computer has this problem.
