batch printing

I am mail merging a data base from Access into publisher to print addresses
on a 5.5x4.25 postcard. I have been successful printing about 100 cards then
suddenly this problem:it takes forever to send the list to the printer, the
program then goes to "not responding." When I stop the program then a couple
of cards print. Previously, the program seemed to send the list to a number
of jobs: ie. 10 jobs. I don't know if that was good or bad or should I print
directly to the Minoolta cf2002?
(Where do I the area to set this?)

There is a way you can set the number of records per batch using the
Registry (fix courtesy of KATMA)

Open registry using regedit.exe

Go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Pub Version.0
\Publisher\Printing

Create new "string value" called:
NumberOfRecordsPerBatch

Double click and set a value for your batch size.
