Restoring reminders
I have an issue regarding Reminders. Server is Exchange 5.5 and the client is
Outlook XP. The problem: For some reason, a user has lost all of his reminders. When he first starts up Outlook the reminders are gone although the window pops up without error. The entries are still listed in the calendar. The user states that he did not Dismiss or Dismiss All. He does have a mailbox that is 1.5GB (don't ask) so I wass wondering if corruption could be a problem. I would like to know if there is a way to restore these reminders. If there was a way to go through the Calendar and and have it identify the original Reminders set for the event and recreate the Reminder in the pop-up view that would be ideal. If it is necessary to go through them by hand that will do but I would need to know how to take existing appointments and re-add them to the Reminders view. I have already tried the /resetfolders switch to no avail. Thank you. |

No I have not as I thought this switch would remove all Reminders.
What is the expected result of the /cleanreminders switch? Thank you. This will fix corrupt reminders. It will not remove them all.
