Distribution List
I added a new employee as a contact then added them to our distribution
lists. After adding this employee the icon next to her name in the distribution lists has a profile on it while all the others look like rolodex cards. When I double click on her name the contact information screen opens, but on the others only a window labeled "Email Properties". When I try to forward the new list to all employees and the new list is opened on their computers after removing the old list and importing the new list, with this employees contact information in the Contact folder, the distribution list says it cannot find this contact informaiton and the contact may have been deleted or moved. Yet she is in the same folder with all the other staff. What may have been done differently? Why does her name have a different icon? |
