I need to return a laptop purchased. I will be uninstalling office 2007.
How can i use the same license on another machine?

Yes Office 2007 Pro was purchased separtately from the computer and is NOT
OEM with the computer.

You just install it on your next computer. You will probably have to use the
telephone activation option and then explain the situation to a live person.

Default Office 2007 License Key

I believe you're allowed two activations with Office 2007 Pro, so calling
probably won't be needed. If you install it on another computer (the
sanctioned usage is 1 desktop and 1 laptop), you'll likely need to call,
depending on how soon it happens.
