Default How to Implement Formula

Column "A" Column "B" Column "C" Column "D"
1 123456 56 123456 15

my question is column C1 figure look up in column A1:A100 and return value
of column B by adding Column D value like 71 in Column E
Means return value 56+15=71 in column C and vice versa

In advance thanks against this help and guiadance
