Default Set Transparent Color tool for office 2007

In Office 2003 and earlier there was a Set Transparent Color tool that
allowed you to remove the background from an image. I cannot find anything
comparitable in Office 2007. I have another computer with O 2003 and use the
Set Transparent Color tool from there to work on my images. However, it would
be a whole lot easier to do what I did in the past and be able to adjust the
background in 2007.

Any suggestions how I can accomplish this task in Office 2007

It's available for some, but not all, images. Select the picture, then in
Pictures Tools - Format ribbon tab, click Recolor - Set Transparent Color
(left end of the ribbon, in the Adjust section).

Herb:
I am impressed beyond belief. The process you recommended was simple, to the
point and did exactly what I needed to have done. What impressed me even more
was the speed at which you responded and the fact that it was late at night
when I posted my request.

I hope "when I grow up in Office" I can be as much of a help to others as
you have been for me. Thank you
