Default Menu page (Start Page)-Access 2007

I have a program that I have what I call a start page and some people would
call a menu page. The object is that when the program is started, this page
opens and has the options the user can select. I am trying to get it to open
so it covers the whole screen and Access tool bars are not shown. I actually
would like the whole program to cover the full screen.
I have it password protected so anyone that opens can not get into the
program unless they know how to get pass the password.

Default Menu page (Start Page)-Access 2007

You can set the project's properties to a minimal tool bar with only Home tab
(Access2007) showing and if you maximize the App window and save that way
will open same way.
