Printing Double-Sided Greeting Cards in Landscape
Hi there,
I am using Publisher 2003. I have created a 4-page card which I intend to print on to a landscape greeting card. In other words 2 pages per side of page (8.5 x 11). Anyway, I am having a problem in that the pages are appearing in the wrong sequence. I have set my printer (HP DeskJet 5650) to print double-sided, but still page 4 is printing where page 2 should be. Page 1 is the cover. Page 2 is the inside left page. Page 3 is the inside right. Page 4 is the rear outside page. I want it so that Pages 1 and 4 are on one side, pages 2 and 3 on the opposite side of the sheet of paper. Currently, Pages 1 and 2 are printing on one side, with pages 3 and 4 on the 2nd side. Problem is that page 2 (which is actually page 4, rear) is upside-down. Page 4 is the correct way up, but is printing in place of page 2. Hope this is clear enough. I have the document set as a Folded Card, Tent. Is there any way I can correct this? I don't want to have to move all the pages around if it can be avoided. I would have to do that for every publication. Using Windows XP Pro SP2. All updates applied for Windows and Office Pro 2003. Hoping you can help me on this perplexing problem. Thank you! Lynn |

I suggest that you open Publisher, choose New from the File drop down menu, and double click on Blank Publications, then click on the Side fold Card. You are on the way! |
