set transparent background?
Give the chef's hat and apron a tint of gray, say two percent. It will look white but
will not be transparent when you use the transparency tool in Publisher. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "pabbie33" wrote in message ... I did save it as a gif and it still won't remove that white background without erasing anything white in the image. "LowDownAndDirty" wrote: you'll need to save the image as a.gif for it to maintain it's transparent background |

gradients or shadows you'll never fix.

Rob Giordano (Crash) was very
recently heard to utter: gradients or shadows you'll never fix. Unless you use a semitransparent format such as PNG and reexport from Publisher to high-res PNG, and print that. -- Ed Bennett - MVP Microsoft Publisher |

Good gods, Robert, here was I thinking you were an educated man! It's *AFFECT* not *EFFECT*. When you're talking about something doing something to something it's *ALWAYS* 'affect'; the effect is the result. Had you said 'it won't have any effect on the chef's hat' you would have been correct. Learn the damned difference! |
